Fire cider is a natural spicy tonic used to prevent and treat colds by boosting your immune system. It’s also claimed to improve blood circulation and digestion, among other benefits. Anecdotally, people use daily as an immune booster. People who find the tonic strong can dilute it in a glass of water. Some people may only take it if they feel a cold coming or to help warm themselves up during the winter season.
Recommended dose: 1 Tsp Upon rising for the day. Take straight or dilute in up to 4 oz of spring water. Do not consume anything else for 30 mins after taking.
